In this training course, participants will learn different approaches of innovation management and the respective tools and methods for applying it. Afterwards the participants themselves develop an innovation plan for a specific product or service and are accompanied by our experts though the process. In addition, the participants will be able to establish an operational innovation management in their company.

Market-Driven Innovation Management

In this training course, the participants become acquainted with a selected set of instruments and methods of innovation management and apply them to a specific pilot project in their company.

Certified Service Innovation Manager

Although there are many innovation approaches for product development, finding or developing service approaches to a similar extent is more difficult. Therefore, this course focuses on the specific tools and methods of innovation management for the service industry. Participants will develop an innovation plan for a specific service offering of their company as part of the course. In addition, the course enables you to develop a concept for corporate innovation management in your company.
